At Odriva Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any issue with the item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the issue

If the wrong item was sent
If the product has a clear manufacturing defect or damage
After reviewing the case, our team will process the exchange at no extra cost if confirmed
❌ Return not accepted in the following cases
If the fabric or design does not match your personal preference
If the wrong size was selected by the customer
Custom-made or altered items upon request
Perfumes, dukhoon, body mists, or any used or opened items
Items not in their original condition or showing signs of use

في حال تم اختيار المقاس الخاطئ من قبل العميلة
العبايات أو الدراعات المصممة حسب الطلب أو المعدّلة بطلب خاص
العطور، الدخون، معطرات الجسم، أو أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه
المنتجات التي لم تعد بحالتها الأصلية أو تظهر عليها علامات استخدام
